VibeClass has completely changed how I view working out. For someone who dreads exercise and would never think working out was fun, each day I wake up excited for the next class! The trainers are awesome, the classes are effective and being only 30 minutes, it’s perfect for people who have very little time to workout. The trainers are always supervising and checking your form but keep it fun during the intense sessions. Also, since you wear heart rate monitors during the class, you can actually see your progress and beat your personal best each time. On top of that, classes are every 30 minutes so if you wake up late, get stuck in traffic or need to stay late at work, another class is always approaching. It is rare to find a gym with great and helpful staff with a quick in-and-out workout – the eucalyptus towels aren’t bad either 🙂
